Contact Support
Below are the most common questions we receive about CME Passport. If you have a different question, please email us at info@accme.org.
1. I am a physician who completed a CME activity and can’t see the credit that was reported for me in CME Passport. Why is that?
Accredited CME organizations providers are encouraged to report learner completions within 30 days of the activity’s end date. If you completed an activity and do not see the credit in CME Passport, please contact the accredited CME organization provider of the activity for further assistance. Contact information for all accredited CME organizations providers is available here.
Please note that the certifying boards with whom ACCME collaborates require accredited organizations to report CME completion data for activities that are registered for their MOC/CC programs. Accredited CME organizations can, but may choose not to, report learner data for other activities.
2. I am a physician who completed a CME activity and would like instructions for how to upload my CME certificate in CME Passport.
Physicians are not able to self-report, import, or upload CME completion data. Only ACCME-accredited CME organizations can report the CME credits that appear in CME Passport. Please contact the organization that offered the activity for further assistance. Contact information for all accredited CME organizations providers is available here.
